Our Story

Founded in Brooklyn, New York, and led by our own Fortune 500 leader and founder they started Workpledge AI; because they identified diversity & inclusion hiring practices and efficiency concerns among Fortune 500 companies across America & Europe during their time leading corporate recruitment teams.

That’s why Workpledge AI is the world's first recruitment technology platform serving the Aerospace & Defense, Cannabis, CBD, and Hemp market. Our service is an integrated automated AI recruitment platform that will source across all of your available channels, including sources like our internal proprietary network of 750 million candidates worldwide and 100 million active candidates in the US. It'll source against all those channels at once and deliver relevant candidates back to you in a single stack ranked and shortlist.

Along the way, Workpledge AI Joined Nearly 2,000 CEOs in Unprecedented Commitment to Advance Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace. These partners include CEOs and leaders from Accenture, BCG, Deloitte US, The Executive Leadership Council, EY, General Atlantic, KPMG, New York Life, Procter & Gamble, and PwC. The coalition represents 85 industries, all 50 US States, and millions of employees globally.

We want to be the standard hiring practice in the Aerospace & Defense and Alternative Medicine market.

Workpledge AI represents one of many companies in the Aerospace & Defense, Cannabis, CBD, and Hemp industry. By joining the steering committee of CEOs and leaders together to tackle this critical societal issue, we hope to cultivate more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
